Wipers, bulbs, batteries, belts and top-ups — the small jobs worth doing while the vehicle is already here.
Not every job needs a booking. Wiper blades, a burnt-out bulb, a weak battery, a perished belt — these are quick fixes that mostly get put off until they become the reason you fail a safety inspection or get pulled over.
Because we have the vehicle on the hoist for an oil change anyway, this is the cheapest possible moment to deal with them. Our 60-point inspection covers all of it, and we will tell you what we found without pressure to book anything on the spot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment for small jobs?
No. Wipers, bulbs and battery checks are walk-in jobs and usually take a few minutes. If you are already booked for an oil change, mention it when you arrive and we will handle it in the same visit.
How long does a car battery last?
Typically three to five years, and Canadian winters are hard on them — cold reduces available cranking power exactly when the engine is hardest to turn over. We load test the battery as part of the inspection, which measures actual capacity rather than just voltage.
How often should wiper blades be replaced?
About once a year for most drivers. Road salt, grit and UV all degrade the rubber, and our winters are unusually hard on them. If they streak, chatter or leave patches unwiped, they are done.
